Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including any unutilised portions. If you choose to include additional tests and / or services on the day of your appointment, payment will be collected onsite.
This arrangement cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, bundles, privileges, or corporate programmes provided by Parkway Shenton. Unutilised services will not be refunded or discounted. Listed services and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Members must present Dr Sinseh Mobile App member profile at the registration counter before the health service(s). Parkway Shenton reserves the right to refuse providing the health service(s) at the stated rates if the required documents are not provided.
Parkway Shenton reserves the right to refuse service if a member is deemed unfit for health screening. Members must disclose any allergies, underlying medical conditions, or current medications. The clinic will not be held liable for adverse reactions if such information is not fully disclosed.
In no event will we be liable for:
any consequential, special, indirect, incidental or punitive damages, losses or expenses;
loss of earnings, revenue, profit or opportunities.
Additional terms and conditions, prior appointment booking, pre-screening guidelines may apply, as posted on Parkway Shenton’s website from time to time in relation to such health screening services.
*In order to qualify for the first time patient rates, members must not have a record in Parkway Shenton’s system. Parkway Shenton reserves the right to refuse to provide the health service(s) at the stated rates if the stated requirements are not met
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be settled in the courts of Singapore.
