Prior appointments are required at respective clinics to avoid disappointment.
Package items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including any unutilised portions. If you choose to include additional tests on the day of your appointment, payment will be collected onsite.
This arrangement cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, bundles, privileges, or corporate programmes provided by Parkway Shenton or Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics. Unutilised purchases will not be refunded or discounted. Listed services and terms are subject to change without prior notice. Parkway Shenton and Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics reserves the right to deny health screening at the stated rates if the minimum requirements for the pre-purchased product(s) are not met.
Patients may purchase the package at any Parkway Shenton Medical Clinics or the selected Eu Yan Sang TMC clinics listed above.
Patients must present a valid receipt at the registration counter before their health screening. Parkway Shenton and/ or Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics reserve the right to refuse service at the stated rates if the required documents are not provided.
Patients are responsible for keeping their invoice securely. Parkway Shenton and Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics will not be liable for lost receipts and reserves the right not to re-issue them.
Parkway Shenton and Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics reserves the right to refuse service if a patient is deemed unfit for the screening. Patients must disclose any allergies, underlying medical conditions, or current medications. The clinics will not be held liable for adverse reactions if such information is not fully disclosed.
In no event will Parkway Shenton and Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics be liable for:
any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, losses or expenses;
loss of earnings, revenue, profit, or opportunities.
Additional terms and conditions and pre-screening guidelines may apply, as posted on Parkway Shenton and Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics’ website from time to time in relation to such health screening services.
