• Valid at selected Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics, Eu Yan Sang TCM Wellness Clinics and One Wellness Medical @ i12 Katong only.
• Package must be consumed within 2 months from date of purchase, i.e. last day of use is on 28 September if purchased on 29 July.
• Package is divided into 3 sessions, with each physician consultation accompanied by a 7-day medication only. Any treatment and/or additional medication will be charged separately.
• Package is good for patients below 18 years old only.
• Package is strictly non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Package validity is strictly non-extendable. Any unused treatments after the validity period will be forfeited.
• Patients are advised to call our clinics to make an appointment prior to visiting.
• The suitability and duration of the treatment varies according to the individual’s body constitutions and will be subjected to the physician’s diagnosis.
