Valid for sale from 7 December 2020 to 28 February 2021. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Promotion package is not transferable and can only be used by one person.
3-session and 6-session packages must be consumed within 2 and 4 months respectively from the date of purchase.
Existing Festive promotion package must be fully utilized before repurchasing of new Festive promotion package is allowed.
No refund of unconsumed sessions.
Strictly no extension of package validity.
Applicable at General and Wellness Clinics only. Not applicable at sessional clinics and premier centres.
Not applicable for Senior Physicians.
Surcharge of $4 (before GST) is applicable for every consultation with Associate Senior Physician when using the package.
Not applicable for needle-less acupuncture, facial acupuncture and weight management acupuncture.
Not applicable with other vouchers, promotions, packages, discounts, privilege cards, stored value plans, corporate plans and managed care plans.
Eu Yan Sang Clinic Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Eu Yan Sang Clinic Management retains the final decision in the event of any dispute.
