The Health and Safety of our customers is a priority to Eu Yan Sang.
In view of the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you our efforts in providing a safe clinic environment for you and your family during this period. Here are the precautionary measures we have taken across all our clinics:
We have been collecting travel declarations from all our clinical staff and have imposed a 14-day Stay-Home-Notice (SHN) for those who have returned to Singapore from a foreign country within the past 14 days.
Temperature-screening and enhanced hygiene practices have been implemented at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics for patients and staff members before they enter the clinic.
All our staff members are on constant alert, paying special attention to anyone who show symptoms or signs of COVID-19. All patients who are symptomatic and/or have visited an overseas country have also been referred to a GP from a PHPC clinic for treatment.
Cleaning efforts have also been ramped up, with greater focus given to frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and furniture.
All patients are only allowed to have one person accompanying them into our clinic premises with exceptions only for cases with very strong reasons, for example, a severely debilitated or disabled patient requiring two helpers for assistance onto the chair or treatment bed.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated on our clinic measures via our website and social media channels. However, we also want to assure you that in the event that the situation worsens significantly, we are ready.
In the meantime, let us continue to practise good personal hygiene, to be socially responsible and to always look out for and support one another.
