Available At
One Wellness Medical clinics

One Wellness Medical Western Clinics offer medical care under various healthcare schemes for Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Pioneer Generation (PG), Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholders and Singaporeans.

Patients can receive CHAS subsidies for common illnesses and selected chronic conditions at any of our participating One Wellness CHAS GP clinics. The amount that cardholders pay will be based on each patient’s condition and the fees charged by the clinic, minus the CHAS subsidies.

What’s the difference between the 3 different types of CHAS cards?

The table below summarises the subsidies that cardholders can receive, depending on the colour of their card:

[1] Household monthly income per person is the total gross household monthly income divided by total number of family members living together. Gross monthly income refers to your basic employment income, trade/self-employed income, overtime pay, allowances, cash awards, commissions, and bonuses.

[2] Annual Value is the estimated gross annual rent of a property if it were to be rented out, excluding furnishings and maintenance fees.  It is determined by IRAS and may be checked via mytax.iras.gov.sg.  Existing CHAS cardholders without household income and are eligible for a CHAS card with higher subsidies after the CHAS AV threshold is revised from 01 Jan 2024, will automatically be issued with new CHAS cards from February 2024, without having to re-apply.
