余仁生致力于通过我们的驻诊医师培训计划培养人才，推动新加坡的传统中医行业发展。
余仁生驻诊医师培训计划适合以下条件的医师：
通过新加坡中医师注册考试 (STRE) ；
获得由卫生部属下的法定机构 —— 中医管理委员会 (TCMPB) 所颁发的注册执照
没有临床实践经验，或未达到余仁生医师的基本标准
计划简介：
每位住驻诊医师将由一位带教老师负责，全面负责实习项目的进行。
除此之外，驻诊医师会轮流跟随各位带教老师进行诊治工作，从而对各个临床科室进行有针对性的学习和实践，如内科, 妇科, 儿科, 肿瘤科等。
该培训计划也可快速提升住驻诊医师的治疗技能 —— 如针灸、拔罐、刮痧和推拿的技巧。
培训计划时长：
培训计划将根据住驻诊医师的学习进度而定，最少3个月，最长不得超过9个月。
驻诊医师顺利完成此培训计划后，将有机会晋升为余仁生中医诊所独立执业的中医师。
招聘期：每年的最后一个季度
每次的培训计划会于每年的一月份开始

Eu Yan Sang is committed to groom talents to grow Singapore’s Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry through our Residency Programme.
Suitable for physicians who have:
Passed the Singapore TCM-physicians Registration Examination (STRE);
Obtained their registration licence issued by Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB);
No clinical practice experience after obtaining licence or have not achieved the minimum standards required of Eu Yan Sang physicians, including the minimum clinical practice experience.
About the programme:
Eu Yan Sang assigns selected resident physicians to mentoring physicians, who are responsible for the residents throughout the residency programme.
Supervisory physicians provide well-rounded exposure to different conditions such as Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Paediatrics and Oncology; and, sharpen their skills in various treatment options – Acupuncture, Cupping, Scraping and Tuina.
Duration:
Dependent on individual’s progress, with a minimum period of 3 months and a maximum period of not more than 9 months.
After completion, the resident physicians will be promoted to TCM physicians and are able to practice independently in Eu Yan Sang group of general clinics.
Recruitment period: Last quarter of each year
Each programme cycle begins in January of each year
